This part (39220011) is for the Rancilio Rocky grinder doser version.
If your doser lever on your grinder doesn’t function properly, you need to replace the cam spring in the doser.
Use the following instructions at your own risk. Please note that no other additional technical support comes with the purchase of this part.
Instructions: Unplug the coffee grinder. Place the Rancilio Rocky on its back side. Remove the three philips head screws on the bottom base. Separate the base from the unit. Remove the two philips head screws holding the plastic portafilter guide below the doser. Remove the two philips head screws holding the dosers lower cover. These screws are near the coffee exit chute of the doser. Replace the screw holding the cam spring near the front of the unit. Replace the cam spring making sure the tab is tightly against the sprocketed center wheel. Reassemble.

Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not provide repair instructions and prices on parts do not cover the cost to provide technical support. If difficulty is still occurring, the grinder can be shipped to us for repair or be brought to a local service company.
