Dual Boiler System

• Stainless steel, insulated: The boilers are made of stainless steel, which is naturally more resistant to limescale. While stainless steel typically doesn’t retain heat as well as copper or brass, this machine compensates with fully insulated boilers to maintain thermal stability.
• Drain switch for both boilers: A simple switch underneath the machine lets you easily drain either boiler. This makes maintenance (like descaling), long-term storage, or shipping much easier and safer.

PID Controls

• 3 separate temperature controls: One for the coffee boiler, one for the steam boiler, and one for the grouphead. This allows the machine to maintain each part at the ideal temperature, ensuring excellent stability and consistency.
• Simple display: The screen cycles through each PID temperature reading. A dot shows which PID is displayed: left for the coffee boiler, middle for the steam boiler, and no dot for the grouphead.
• Simple controls: Adjust the temperature using the left/right push buttons.

Tank/Reservoir System

• Easy refill: The water tank has an open top for simple filling and cleaning. It’s also been rotated from the back to the top-right side for easier access.

Rotary Pump

• Pump Pressure Profiling via knob on left side

Steam Wand

• Commercial grade: Cool touch and very long to accommodate virtually any size steaming pitcher.

Customizable Options

• Body Color: Choose between black or white.
• Side Panels: Choose between olive, walnut, or zebra.
  • Note: Original panels were held in with magnets and tabs. The new panels will be held in with screws.
• Portafilter / Steam Knob: Choose between black, olive, walnut, or zebra.
  • Note: Nurri briefly offered the handles and knobs with a metal tip.  Going forward, they decided to discontinue this option.
• Pump Pressure Knob: Choose between black or stainless steel.
  • Note: Normally, the black knob goes with the black version, and the stainless steel knob goes with the white version.

Parts / Accessories Included

• Portafilters: 1 Dual spout, 1 bottomless. Both 58mm.
• Filter baskets: 1-cup (9 g), 2-cup (14 g), 3-cup (21 g), blind (for backflushing).
• Tamper: 58mm, solid metal.
• Knob: For the steam wand.
