Will this fit a Mazzer Mini Timer (no. 0430864), approximately 15 years old? It looks very close, if not identical, to the original part on my Mini). And does it come with installation instructions (mostly on how to pop off the dial knob)?

Sorry, as our web site states, manufacturers do not include instructions for self-repair. The dial knob usually slides out and some of them have a holding allen key screw. Based on the age of your grinder, we are unable to confirm nor deny a correct fitment.
