    I realize I'm asking a subjective question here, but I currently have a "1st-line's E61 Competition Style Precision Shower Screen" on my Lelit Mara (which doesn't appear to be available anymore) and I'm wondering if I would expect to see a big difference with this screen, or if they are comparable? I was considering the current special combining this and the Minimo gasket if it would in fact be an upgrade.

    With this screen, we believe you will see less backflow of superfine particles towards the backside of the screen. The Minimo gasket has been developed for making it easier to lock in the portafilter. We believe both items are incremental improvements for espresso machines, but some people just desire cheap gaskets and cheap screens.

    Lelit has now called their grouphead the E58 or E58E because they feel it is different. The Matrix should work fine on their grouphead. Just make sure to install a new portafilter gasket.
