Hario has constructed the body of the press with zen-like simplicity. The body and filter base of the press features heatproof, double-walled glass with a durable, long-lasting stainless steel mesh and holder. Lastly, Hario achieves superior refinement by constructing the top of the press as well as the collar with smooth olive wood. The leather strap holds the olive wood collar in place.
Cleaning is as simple as its design. Easily remove the strap and wood collar to clean the glass body in the dishwasher, and unscrew the stainless steel filter, base and mesh to rinse clean and screw back for your next brew.
