Features:

• Semi-finished powder mix for tiramisu’ flavored gelato.
• Gluten free
• No hydrogenated vegetable fats.
• 2.2 pound (1000 gram) bag.

Instructions for use:

• Mix the content of the bag with 0.66 gallons (2.5 liters) of whole milk and 16 fl.oz (0.5 liter) of heavy whipping cream.
  • For a creamier result, mix the content of the bag with 0.5 gallons (2 liters) of whole milk and 32 fl.oz (1 liter) of heavy whipping cream.
• Whisk until the product is completely dissolved.
• Let the mixture rest for at least 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

• Sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, glucose syrup,  vegetable fat (coconut and palm), milk protein, thickening agents: E466, E412, E417, emulsifying agents: E471, E472a, stabilizing agent: E451i, flavorings, salt, coloring: Yellow 5 (E102), Red 40 (E129).
