Dual-Layer Filtration: The Technology That Makes It Possible

The All-in-One’s secret lies in its precision dual-layer base. A photo-etched interior membrane filtering down to 150 microns is welded into the base of the basket, while a thicker exterior screen with 257 larger holes maintains rigidity without encumbering flow. Together, these two layers work in concert: the micro-fine membrane captures ultrafine sediment for extraordinary cup clarity and amplified fruit notes, while the rigid outer screen keeps the structure stable under full pump pressure. The result is a clean, high-clarity extraction that rivals a manual pour-over — pulled right from your espresso machine.

How to Unlock Every Brew Style

A coarser grind combined with flow control or pump pressure adjustment helps allow you to achieve filter-style brews from a standard E61 espresso machine. For traditional espresso, dial in as usual. For café crème or pour-over style, open up the grind and dial down the pressure profile. The basket’s versatility also extends to specialty brews like cascara and tea infusions.

Due to its deep 28.5mm profile, this basket requires a bottomless or naked portafilter. It will not seat correctly in standard spouted portafilters.

This basket does NOT fit the Nurri R-type Single or Dual Boiler espresso machine models.
