Are you “born to grind?” Well, we have you covered! The Compak PKE is a member of the PK “Specialty” coffee grinder line since it is the most suitable for specialty coffee in a restaurant/cafe or a large office. However, this can be fitting for the home environment as long as you have the counter space for it! After all, it is very tall at a whopping 27 inches! Thanks to the Compak PKE’s large 83mm steel K110 flat burrs and 350 rpm, you will easily make fast and efficient espresso. Additionally, the extraction process will allow for lower temperatures and for you to experience all of the coffee’s aromas and flavors!

Grinding burrs

• Flat grinding burrs – Large size at 83 mm. The larger the size, the more of a grinding surface, resulting in faster production. The burrs are made of a long lasting steel K110. Also, they do not have holes in cutting section.
• High rpm – Fast spinning rate at 350 rpm The higher the speed, the faster the production, which can increase efficiency and reduce wait times. Espresso grinding is approximately 3 grams per second, but depends on beans, voltage, and grind fineness.
• Sustainable – Burrs allow for a decrease in waste of ground coffee, so it can accurately dispense the coffee grounds.

Grinding adjustment

• Stepless – Gives you an “infinite” range of settings which allow you to really fine tune your grind to your espresso machine. Turn clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind. A stepless grind setting ring with a parallel micrometric system is a big feature.
  • Parallel System – Permits you to adjust the grinding point and grinding position at the best accuracy as possible.

• Multi-functional keyboard with LCD – Permits you to decide the default language and see when burrs need to be changed. Displays total and partial shot counter. Notification sounds come up at the beginning and end of a dose. Moreover, it authorizes for blocking the use of the Compak PKE.
• Reduces static with clump breaker – Ensures the Compak PKE will accurately dispense the coffee in the filter holder.
