The Capresso 290.05 Water Kettle is the latest edition to Capresso’s line of water kettle. It features a gooseneck spout which helps control the pour to an even flow rate. This makes it perfect for pour over brewers like Chemex.

Water Kettle

• Large capacity – 40 ounces (1.2 liters). A large enough size for Chemex 8-cup coffee maker or smaller.
• Large, open handle – Easy to grip. The thumb rest helps give a relaxing feel.
• Brushed stainless steel – This water kettle is also BPA free.
• Water level indicator – On the inside of the kettle. Gives a physical indication of optimal water capacity.

Warming unit

• Adjustable temperature – Able to make small 1° increments from 140 °F – 212 °F. The readout can show either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
• Count down timer – For precise brewing can be started on command.
• LCD display – Shows the time and temperature simultaneously so you can easily monitor the brewing process.
• Swivel base – The kettle can swing a full 360° to display on your counter as you want it.
• Automatic reheat function – The unit can detect when you add cold water and reheat to your set temperature.
