Ascaso PM.425 Maple Wood Steam Knob (reinforced with metal around outside of steam effective May 6, 2019)

This knob (PM.425) is for the Ascaso Dream espresso machine models.

Your steam valve stem should have a screw hole for the included Allen key screw to thread into. Otherwise, without the hole, it may not hold as well. The wood is now re-enforced with a ring as pictured.

The screw included with the knob will not thread into the wood it will thread into the metal piece that will sit inside the knob.

  • Ascaso does not warranty this part.

This part does NOT fit any of Ascaso machines except for the Ascaso Dream PID with 58mm portafilter.

    Sorry, the manufacturer does not offer these measurements this item is for the machines indicated in their parts diagram.
    2. repeat question: Does this include the allen screw that connects the knob to the valve... part SKU PM.258.I.895 per the diagram? Note: The reference to the allen screw is not referencing a tool needed to install the part, rather to another part for the machine (the part that holds the wood knob in place) that I cannot find on the 1st-line website. The part SKU (clearly shown in the ascaso diagram) is PM.258.I.895. I hope this clarifies the question.

    Sorry about the misunderstanding. Yes, the little allen key screw is included in the current batch. Be careful threading and tightening as the wood can strip.
