    I recently purchased 2 new Teflon pipes and I was hoping to reuse the brass compression (bicone) fittings on the new tubing. However, the inside diameter of the existing brass sleeve appears to be nearly exactly the outside diameter of the tubing, so the sleeve does not simply slide onto the Teflon tube. I am just wondering if there is a technique/skill/tool here that I’m missing in order to get the sleeve onto the tube OR if i do, in fact, need to purchase new bicone fittings, as well? I have not seen anywhere I can purchase the whole assembly, so wondering if I SHOULD be able to do this myself or if I need to hire a repair shop, like you guys, to assemble the tube/fittings for me?

    The bicone nuts can not be reused because they compress into the old tubes. New bicones are required. We believe you need the 4mm as linked, but it can also be the 6mm bicones.
