These boilers are becoming scarce. Please purchase any additional plugs that may be needed to make this boiler confirm to the boiler inside your espresso machine. Please check your boiler before ordering.
Notes:
- Please note that the manufacturer has and will change the brand or wattage of a heating element without notice. For example, an original heating element with 1400 watts may be changed to 1200 watts or vice versa without notice from the manufacturer. This is considered and accepted as standard business practice by all manufacturers and will be accepted upon order.
- Please note that heating elements can ‘look’ used. We do receive them from the manufacturers with white powder or a green oxidation. This is how they are delivered to us.
- For Ascaso Dream UP models only. Your Dream UP espresso machine will have a boiler with 4 holes.
- Your machine will also have a pipe coming down from behind the grouphead to the drip tray. If your machine does not have this pipe or has only 2 holes in the boiler, you need to order part #I365N. Sorry, the heating element is NOT sold separately.
- I365, I365N, I..365, I..365N

Hi, I got an older Dream DR-218 with a 2 hole boiler. On your site was looking to retrofit the I965 boiler and add 2 plugs. Upon further reading your write up the I965 is for the solenoid machine and I need the I365 boiler. When I search for the I365 I end up back on the I965 boiler. I’m concerned now that the I965 might not work even with the plugs installed since it’s meant for a back flush machine, which mine don’t have.

The one with 4 holes is backward compatible as long as plugs are available. The old codes are no longer being produced.
Hi, I have a Dream M.F. date of manufacture 11/2006. It's not heating water. The boiler element is open, as in no continuity. All the thermostats have continuity. I'd like to replace the boiler element but need to know if this is the right one. I have pics of my element. Can you email me so I can send along for a match? Once correctly matched, how can I get a hold of an instructional vid, diagram or anything meaningful to guide the replacement? Many thanks. I'm determined to get this up and running again!

Sorry, those old boilers seem to have been discontinued. This one may work but you will need the plugs because yours may haves less holes used. Sorry, we do not have any videos at this time.
Hello, My Ascaso Dream's boiler element failed. The element has 3 holes (Manufacture date: 10/20009, 120v, 900W 7.5A). I can send you a photo of the element.
Do you offer a replacement?
Thank you!

Please use the diagrams on our web site to determine the correct part, then search the part using our search box, then look at the picture of the part to make sure it matches what is inside your machine. Unfortunately, there are 9 versions of the Dream, and we can not determine the correct one. By using our process, you will diminish the chance for errors in purchasing the incorrect boiler or thermoblock.
I purchased this on Order #35959 (June 26, 2019). When I try to install it, my old one had the center pipe protrude through the un-threaded center hole and into a female pipe to tubing adapter. This boiler has a threaded hole and the center pipe that I have only threads to flush on the outside. What parts do I need to make this work? My machine date is 5/2008.

Please note there are several versions of the grouphead and boiler designs for the Ascaso versatile line, which includes Ascaso Dream, Ascaso Basic, and Ascaso Arc espresso machines.
Please note bullet point 3 in the description clearly states: "For Ascaso Dream UP models only. Your Dream UP espresso machine will have a boiler with 4 holes."
The DREAM UP was not made in 2008. Furthermore, the original non-coated brass boilers maybe different then the current boilers being made today with the coating.
In both cases of both espresso machine boilers, you may need to NOT insert nor tighten the center pipe all the way, and the center pipe may need to/should be secured and sealed into the grouphead side with NSF approved Loctite which we do not sell at this time.
