Hi - I have an older Ascaso Dream, I think about 10 years old or so, (I'm not at home to get the serial number), but I have bought many parts for it from you in the past. Yesterday the power switch stopped working. I flip it and nothing happens, no lights go on, etc. I am thinking it may be the fuse in the wire on top of the boiler unit, but not sure which part that is so I can replace. IT might be this part SKU: I754 but I'm not sure as mine is along a blue wire and inside a brown wrapping that makes contact with the boiler and is held in place with a screw. I didn't open the brown wrapping yet to see what is inside, if it is maybe SKU: I754, or perhaps I need a different part?? I can send photos if that helps

Sorry, on electrical problems, our guess is as good as yours, since the different electrical components need to be tested for ohms and check for open/closed circuits. Those parts include the power cord, internal wiring, the thermostats, the switches, the thermal fuse, the heating element, the bulbs, and the pump. Unfortunately, the scope of thise issue is beyond the free technical support provided here.

Once the defective parts is determined, please use the appropriate diagrams on our web site to determine the part number and search for the part number on our web site.
