Our 1st-Cup Medium roast is the perfect blend of desirable coffee beans for rich, European-profile espresso extractions or flavorful enough for regular drip coffee. Freshly roasted to between 1st and 2nd crack.

Bagged and sealed in one pound bags. Bags are resealable to maintain freshness. Best start date for use is 5-7 days from the ship date.

    I have been buying and serving this espresso for many years; it’s always consistently great. The flavor to me is a perfect medium roast like those I found in Rome. Crema is golden, flavor has nuts with some acid but always smooth.
