Adjustable Electronic Controls

• Temperature control: Allows you to set the brewing temperature between 190 F – 210 C. The temperature is adjust by 1 F increments.
• Elevation calibration: Adjust your brew temperature based on elevation to achieve a hot cup of coffee. Regardless of how far you are above sea level.
• Embedded memory: All your system settings are stored and remain, just in case the power goes out.
• Sleep mode: Conserves power when not in use.
