On this machine, this is one of the first places that limescale will seep past the o-ring. It needs an O-ring replacement. You will also need a 12mm Allen key to remove the access knot.

  1. With machine cold and unplugged, turn off the water supply.
  2. Softly tap access nut with a plastic mallet, then turn counterclockwise to loosen.
  3. If tight, tap Allen key with mallet to start.
  4. Clean area with wire brush, replace o-ring, and re-assemble.
