If your Bezzera Hobby powers on but the boiler will not heat, it may be just a simple reset of the safety thermostat. To access it, you have to take off the top panel. First, unplug your machine from the wall outlet for safety reasons. There are 2 Allen key screws you have to remove on the top panel.

Once you remove the top panel you can find the safety thermostat near the front. Press the red button and feel for the click.
