The LED has only 2 wires (on the black connector). The other two wires are needed only for connecting other LED in series. If you put together the other 2 wires, you create a short circuit on the main board and if you put the two wires to the ground you create a current dispersion.

The problem can be the wire connection on the black connector, or maybe it can be a connection error. Try to invert the 2 wires on the black connector.
