BZ07 with Temperature Control System PID

The BZ07 PID models display the boiler temperature which can be adjusted between 80 °C and 100 °C. The consequent pressure change in the boiler is between 0.5 bar and 1.7 bar.

Increasing the temperature by more than 100 °C can cause the safety valve to open.

Heating Start-Up

When you flip the power switch on, the word “off” will appear on the display. To turn on the boiler heating press the up button on the PID controls, the PID screen will display the boiler temperature. The blue dot on the lower left of the screen indicates the heating element is on.

Adjusting Boiler Temperature

By pressing the down button on the PID controls, it displays “PrG” on the PID screen. Immediately pressing the up button after will display the boiler temperature. Then use the up and/or down button to change the temperature. Once you set you desired temperature, it will automatically save after 3 seconds. (the default temperature is 90 °C = 1 bar).
