- Empty the water tank.
- Unplug the machine from the electrical outlet.
- Make sure the machine is cold. Tilt forward.
- There are 3 screws on the bottom plate. Do not worry about any warranty stickers.
- Slide the bottom plate out. There is a red button that needs to be pushed in. Feel for a click.
- Re-assemble and test the machine to make sure it works ok.
