- Once an order is placed, we cannot modify any part of the order, such as address changes, shipping, items, etc.
- Our merchant bank does not accept orders placed from outside the USA, mainly for security reasons/fraud prevention.
- Any order cancellations are subject to a minimum 5.5% cancellation fee. This covers processing fees from credit card banks/PayPal that they do not refund us.
- We allow a ship-to address different than the billing address, such as your home, workplace, or relative’s/friend’s address indicating the recipient’s full name.
- Shipments can not be redirected to other addresses, lockers, or access points.
- FedEx/UPS does not deliver to USPS PO Boxes.
- A signature at delivery is required on certain orders. Specifically for orders shipping to all major metro areas or orders over $150.
- Any issues with your order must be reported within 5 business days of delivery receipt. This includes any damages, defects, or missing items.
- Restocking fees vary on allowable returns. Some items are non-refundable and non-returnable purchases.
- Unless you paid your state’s sales tax on this purchase, you may owe your state a use tax on this purchase based on the total sales price of the purchase of taxable items in your state.
