Illy first started in 1933 with a focus on both cocoa and coffee. Later on they shifted their focus to coffee and more specifically espresso. To this day they treat their process of roasting beans as an art form. In 1992 they introduced their Art Collection. Partnering with artists from around the world, they release limited edition sets of espresso cups with artists designs. We added Illy to our line of imported Italian coffee back in 2003. We stopped bringing in coffee around 2022 with our focus on mainly the espresso equipment and support/repair .
