1st-Cup Irregular ROASTED Coffee Beans
When roasting coffees fresh to order, there is always some leftover beans. We end up throwing them and mixing them into a bin. However, as of now, we have created our 1st-Cup Irregular blend. This blend consists of leftovers from all of our other quality blends of coffee. Hence, the flavor profile is irregular. These beans may taste good, or they may not. However, they are good for experimental purposes, for taste testing, or equipment testing and seasoning (oils on coffee coat new equipment). The flavor most likely will never be the same from batch to batch. So in case you like it, you may never experience it again. Just like the lottery, you may never know when you have that golden ticket…. uhhh…. we mean cup! Packages and sealed in 1 pound bags.
