Important information about warranty! Saeco offers a one year parts and labor warranty limited to manufacturer's defects. There are competitive web sites that offer free extended warranties with purchase. Please make sure to read the fine print - usually buried in their web sites 3 layers deep or not even provided until you receive the order. Their gimmick for the second year is that you pay for shipping both ways, pay for labor, and there are charges if machine was not taken care of/maintained. Saeco's one year warranty does pay shipping back to you and there is no labor charge unless damaged by you or in transit.
