Segafredo SZ01 Coffee System

Overview:

Great for the the medium to large office! Boost productivity with caffeine. There is no mess with coffee grinds or grinders. Cleanup is easy, too.

The SZ01 Segafredo Coffee System allows office employees to make espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolate, and teas with true ease of use and with minor cleaning and maintenance. This quick system saves valuable employee time!

The SZ01 Segafredo Coffee System is 'exclusively' designed for Segafredo's patented coffee capsules. With the machine warmed up and filled with water, just put in a Segafredo capsule, place your espresso cup, and press either the manual coffee button to self-dose the coffee amount or press the programmable push button for a preset water amount. After 25 cups are made, an indicator light will inactivate the machine until the disposal chamber that holds the used capsules is removed and cleaned.

Depress the steam button, wait about 20 seconds, and depress again for steam to froth your milk for cappuccinos or steam your milk for lattes. You can also use the hot water button to make hot chocolate and teas.

These machines are ETL certified for commercial use. There are two boilers inside - one for coffee and one for steam. the temperatures of both boilers are electronically monitored for producing consistent espresso results. These machines should not be used in a catering or mobile environment as the stresses of transportation can loosen the wires similar to many other espresso machines.

   1. You can purchase a brand new machine to 'own' and purchase the capsules on an 'as needed' basis. The machine comes with a one year parts and labor warranty due to manufacturer's defect. We can service the machine after the warranty. Please keep all the packaging in case the unit needs to be shipped for service.
   2. You can opt for our Office Coffee and Espresso Service program. The total deposit of $995.00 includes the following terms and conditions:
      
      
• Unlimited use of the SZ01 Segafredo Coffee System for one calendar year (unit may be in new or serviced condition).
• A replacement unit if the unit breaks down and we cannot solve the problem together over the phone (we pay shipping to you, and you pay shipping back to us).
• A $150 early cancellation fee applied against the deposit.
• Every 1st, 2nd, and 3rd week of the calendar month, you agree to change the water softener cartridge supplied in each cartridge of capsules.
• At the end of every day, you agree to use the cleaning capsule to clean the brew head and to clean the steam wand of milk residue.
  After one calendar year, you have the option to return the unit for a refund of the deposit or continue the program on a month-to-month basis.

Monthly purchase requirements for the program:

• We will automatically ship you 3 cases (150 units per case) of Segafredo regular espresso cartridges (~Art29DREG) every calendar month and automatically charge your credit card. Our online system will automatically create the orders for you.
• You have the option to purchase decaf cartridges (~Art352DECA), can not be included in the purchase requirement, on an 'as needed' basis.
  
  
2. Preventing damages to the machine boiler - This requirement is important for areas where the temperature during fall and winter reach 40 degree Fahrenheit and below and apply if transported and/or removed from location to others destinations. To prevent cracks to inside boiler do to water freezing inside on equipment follow this simple steps:
   
   
   • Keep machine off.
   • Push and keep your finger on the Steam button, and then push and turn on the machine. If done correctly a pump noise will come on and basically empty the boiler. This will only take a minute.
