Minimum Initial Purchase For First Time 1st-Line Equipment, LLC Customers
If you are making a purchase from us for the first time and the ship to address is in the United States, there is a non-refundable $5.00 processing fee for orders with a total UNDER $20.00 (not including applicable shipping costs). Please note that we must assess these processing fees in order to cover the costs of fulfilling your first order if it does not meet the minimum. These costs include labor costs to invoice, pick, and pack your order and costs for packaging materials. We thank you in advance for your understanding. This processing fee applies to ALL orders, including those that are paid by cash.

Specialty Green Coffee Bean Orders
Please note that all orders for green coffee beans require a minimum purchase of $40.00 in green beans only. No other merchandise can be included in the $40.00 minimum. The reason (for first time and repeat customers) is to cover our pick and pack costs while maintaining very attractive prices for our high quality specialty green coffee beans. All orders with less than $40.00 of green coffee beans will cancelled. We will not notify you if the entire order was cancelled due to not meeting our minimum. Our green coffee beans retail are only available through our online ordering system.
