With over 50,000 different espresso parts, our call center staff does not have the training to handle every parts inquiry for the 1,000+ models of machines produced since 1905.
The first step is to use the diagrams below to find the part you need and search fro the part number(s) using our search box up top. The second step is to find the machine or part on our web site and utilize the Q&A section to ask questions – this helps our community find answers to similar questions. The last step (for machines we formerly sold or parts not on our web site) is using our parts inquiry page which gives us the time to research the part(s) that you are inquiring about. This also creates a historical written track record of the request.
All parts purchases from our website do not include any technical support, instructions, nor warranties. There may be more than one version of your make and model, so please use the diagrams and pictures on our web sites to match the part found on your espresso machine.
All available parts diagrams will be listed on each brands page below. There will be some diagrams for models we do not carry from a brand/manufacturer, but these models may have the same part number(s) in stock for the models we do carry from that brand. Sorry, we will only special order a part for a model we carry and was purchased through our supply chain.
