I checked the schematic, it is different than my actual machine, purchased from you. I also searched under Sirai and Asko, this is all that came up. My part says p303101, 20 amp. Can you tell me if this will work or point me to the correct part.

This pressurstat shows P303T01. Typically, a different code means a difference somewhere inside.
Is this the correct pressurestat for a Bezzera Mitica? the number on mine says P303101, and I notice that this one doesn't have the yellow button like my current one has, but this one looks like the closest one you list. I ordered the wrong one a couple of weeks ago and I just want to get the right part.

It is best to reference the Bezzera parts diagram and order by their part number.
