Small, lightweight, and revolutionary, the NINA is a fantastic mini chiller and dispenser for frozen yogurts, soft gelato, coffee creams, Italian Granita, slushes, sorbets, affogato, and other chilled products for home use.

We first saw this machine in January 2015 at the Gelato Show in Rimini, Italy. We wanted a machine that was small and affordable while making the same quality products found in commercial establishments! The NINA was a perfect match!

Although the freezing basin is 1.5 liters, pre-mixed product chilled in your refrigerator will freeze pretty quickly in the NINA for good turnover. One does not want to keep too much chilled products in any frozen beverage machine due to stale and for sanitary reasons.
