I'm wondering if my fill switch on my S24 is going bad, it sends an empty tank signal to the espresso machine at about the 3/4 full level at this point. A month ago it was working without the tank empty light coming on down to lower levels in the water tank/reservoir. Is my fill switch wearing out or do I have a leaky sensor line going to the tank? Any ideas? Thank you

Sorry, we do not have a way to determine this remotely except for switching out the associated parts one at a time. please note we are not a buy,try and return parts company as none of our customers want to buy used parts.

    2. my s24 just stopped heating this morning. I bought it from you many years ago. I was wondering if it could be a thermostat reset but i don't know where to find that on this machine of if there is one. or if the thermostat should be replaces..wasn't sure if this part was part of the issue.

Considering the age of the machine as the S24 was discontinued more than 6 years ago, it should be evaluated by a professional as one or more parts can be causing this fault.
