Hi Jim, I had my Lelit PL62s serviced (descaled) a few weeks ago and everything works fine till now. symptoms: Turn on the machine the pump kick in right away to fill the boiler non stop. No water spill. I pull the fill tube from top of the boiler while pump is running - no water coming out of it. No heating up. I tried: Open up the cover the 2 way solenoid feel hot to touch after a while. The water level probe terminal and connector seems normal. If I pull the connector and touch ground via a paper clip, it will stop the pump. While the pump running try to fill the boiler, the heat element is not energized. If I fake the water full the element can heat. I pulled the fill tube from the boiler top and use a thin stick to test the water level and believed it is already at 70% full. The heating element tested about 12 ohm resistance. I had a hard time to pull the water level probe, I don't know the condition of that. I pulled the electromagnetic (black cube) from the 2-way valve body and stick a metal screw driver in the hole and can feel it is energized. Recent change: I put in a Wi-Fi / smart phone controlled socket. I tested on and off a few times the night before and everything it was fine. The malfunction happened the next day morning. I suspect the 2-way valve got stuck? The fact that if I fake the boiler full the "Brain" tells the pump to stop, and energize the heating element lead me to believe the "brain" is functioning. Any help is greatly appreciated. Henry

Sorry for the delay as we just found a bunch of hidden questions.

Constant refilling means the water is too pure or the refill probe on the top of the boiler is clogged up again with limescale (unlikely here).

However, it seems the 2 way solenoid valve for the boiler refill is defective (moderately likely) OR the piston inside is frozen (most likely).
