NEW – LELIT Thermal Stability (LTS)

The Lelit PL2SVX Giulietta X 2 Group now has the LELIT Thermal Stability which reduces overheating in both groups. The standard brewing temperature can be chosen based on the kind of coffee to be extracted and after 15 minutes of inactivity, it is lowered to a user-set value. After a further 240 minutes of inactivity, the temperature is lowered thanks to the ECO mode.

      I have an easily model of the Giulitta with a traditional twin guage on it sitting on my training bar. As I train baristas on it so have desired to order one. Now it looks like the new models have temp control. How is that accomplished?

      The new models are controlled by a PID sensor. The screen allows the temp to be changed of the boiler, not the groupheads.
