Sorry, we do not have an ETA at this time. Unfortunately, from our recollection, we never sold the ROTA model. We suggest you contact your selling dealer for the correct ECM part number as it may be different.

    2. Hi, I have a customer with a Technika IV that is not heating up correctly. I found that the heating element seems to randomly not get voltage. I can keep resetting the unit by pulling the water reservoir in and out of the unit to trigger the controller to turn the heating element on. I have determined that the main controller is the issue. I believe the part I need is a Gicar ECMGUS1004 Brain Unit. Can you provide any other possible reason for this action? Also, do you have an update on the availability of this part?

There could be a number of issues relating to this problem, and this issue is beyond the scope of our free services. Please note parts are not returnable and non-refundable purchases as electrical parts can be damaged upon installation or damaged by other causes, and there is no way to tell if customers send back their defective parts for a refund (which has happened in the past).

A Some machines have a SSR to due the heating element switching but are still running the heating element current through a mechanical 16 amp relay in the control box to the SSR. This relay is controlled by logic that determines whether the reservoir has water. No water, no heat or pump. Safety feature. Contacts in relay are short lived.
