Features:

• Semi-finished powder mix for fruit gelato base.
• Gluten free
• No hydrogenated vegetable fats.
• 1.1 pound (500 gram) bag.

Instructions for use:

• Mix 3-4oz. (80-110 grams) of powder base with 7-8oz (200-220 grams) of sugar and 10-17 fl. oz. (300-500 ml) of water.
• Add 18-25 oz. (500-700 grams) of fresh blended fruit and pour the mixture in to the granite / cold cream / slush machine.
• Whisk until the product is completely dissolved.
• Let the mixture rest for at least 20 minutes.

• Dehydrated glucose syrup, dextrose, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), acidifying agent: citric acid, dried milk proteins, thickening agent: E466, stabilizing agents: E340, E412, E417, sugar, emulsifying agents: E471, E433
