The Escali Arti Bamboo Kitchen Scale is capable of weighing both liquid and dry ingredients up to an astounding 15 pounds with 0.1 ounce or 1 gram increments. It features an easy to read display that sits between the user friendly touch sensitive controls which integrate into the natural bamboo weighing surface.

Natural Bamboo Surface

The platform of the scale is made from all natural, sustainable bamboo. The material is also environmentally friendly.

Touch Sensitive Controls

The touch sensitive controls create an overall single, smooth surface. This makes the unit easy to wipe clean.

Liquid Measuring

Measures both liquid (fl oz, ml) and dry ingredients (g, oz, lb + oz). The max capacity is 15 pounds (7000 grams).

Display Hold

Holds the weight measurement on the screen when you are  weighing large items. The screen will stay even after you remove it from the scale.

Tare Feature

This helpful feature allows to reset the scale to zero weight with an item already on the scale. Very useful when portioning out multiple ingredients. This scale will measure with accuracy to a 0.1 ounce (1 gram).

Automatic Shut-off
