support in the industry to its equipment customers. We are sorry
that with limited resources we can only provide technical support
for equipment that was purchased through 1st-line Equipment.
Technical Support Inquiries from non-equipment customers can purchase
support at $85.00 per hour.
Exclusions:
- Non-equipment customers (purchase option available)
- Complex Repairs
- Walk-throughs on parts replacement
- Equipment that 1st-line does not carry
- Jura-Capresso (please go to www.capresso.com as they handle their own technical support and they do not sell internal parts to their retailer network, nor directly to consumers)
