New York Metropolitan area (post warranty service) -We can provide a field technician to repair or perform routine maintenance on your commercial equipment at your establishment. We find this advantageous to loaners. Whereby our competitors charge travel time twice; once for the loaner delivery and the other for return of the repaired unit. Also, the loaner machine can work differently. For example, a different coffee brewer can brew a different taste with your repeat customers! Our Master Technician has over 30 years experience.
Please call us at (888) We-E-Kwip to set up an appointment window for a field technician. - All other areas in the United States - Contracted Installation Service of commercial equipment is available nationwide including Puerto Rico, parts of Canada and Mexico. To inquire about installation service in your area, please inform us of your site (city, state, zip & country) of installation and the make/model of machine to be installed. Initial and Subsequent support and service, including labor warranty, are to be provided by the contracted local service/customer support representative in your area and only provided whereby specifically contracted through the installation provider. In cases where the customer self-installs a commercial espresso machine or contracts an installation provider/other third party, the customer is responsible for the labor warranty.

Nationwide (post warranty service) - Please note that this service is for customers who have purchased their machines from 1st-line. Due to the workload, we are unable at this time from repairing machines that were purchased outside of our company. If and when circumstances change in the future, we will post here accordingly.
Please e-mail us with your problem as we 'may' be able to solve it via
e-mail. If the problem/issue is complex in nature, we may not be able to
assist and the equipment will need to be evaluated by a technician.
Please describe the problem thoroughly. If you wish to purchase
parts for repair, please indicate this. Please also understand that
parts prices do not include technical support nor instructions on parts
replacement. If
you are unsure, it is best to send/bring your machine for evaluation to
1st-line or a qualified service company who is willing to repair.
We will provide a estimate ($85.00 charge if repair work is declined) upon full analysis of your machine. Units must be shipped transportation charges prepaid and insured. Return shipping and insurance charges will apply and are estimated in the online RA# link below. We are not responsible for damages to due to shipping or improper packaging. We recommend that your home model be double boxed with shipping peanuts and/or cushioning. A limited 30 day warranty applies to all workmanship directly related to the repair. Other defects outside of the repair are not covered.
