Sorry, we normally do not provide this information as we would become liable. The main reasons are

      a) What are the sizes of the beverages

      b) Which beverages? Espresso, Cappuccino, or Lattes?

      c) Actual voltage in outlet

      d) Ambient temperature

All these play a factor in determing production, and the same reasons why most manufacturers will not provide this data. If they do, it is usually best case scenario and con not be reached outside of a controlled environment.

On the safe side of 2 ounce double espresso extractions, the machine would produce about 60 doubles per hour. Calculate about average 1 minute per double shot to include grind time, tamping/compacting, extraction and eliminating the spent coffee into the dump container. This also includes cleaning time into the average. Things that can vary the average is dosage of grounds, type of coffee, and machine voltage.
