1st-line Equipment offers free standard shipping for orders over $49 in merchandise purchased on our online store and shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

For orders between $49 and $149
On the shipping screen during the check out process, please select the tab 'Other Shipping Options" and select 'Free Shipping". 1st-line will select the lowest cost shipping option and service provider to deliver your order to you. Generally, orders will deliver within 7 business days, but some orders may take up to 14 business days to deliver.

For orders over $149
On the shipping screen during the check out process, please select the tab for the common carrier (UPS) and select UPS Ground Service which should show Included. In general, UPS ground shipments deliver within 7 business days, depending upon shipping location.

Expedited shipping services are available at an additional cost. In the best interest of delivering packages safely, 1st-line reserves the right to modify shipping carriers in all cases shipping. For your protection, signature is required for all orders shipped to major major metro areas and for all orders over $100 in value. Due to high shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska, shipping costs are additional, and these orders need to be placed over the phone.
