      The temperature probe for the brew boiler is very hard to reach with tools because the top of the front panel is in the way. Do you have any advice for how to access the brew boiler temperature probe?

      Sorry, we do not have any advice except that if it is too difficult or you are uncertain, it may be better to hire a professional to avoid any damage.
      2. Also, please advise as to this parts availability? I removed, inspected, and cleaned the probes as instructed to no avail. For reference, the resistance across the assumed to be good probe is 52.4 K ohms, while the one in question is either 3.88 M ohms or 7.01 M ohms depending on the polarity measured.

      Sorry, we do not have an ETA at this time, and the manufacturer has not responded to our inquiry for resistance.
      3. It would appear that the sensors were initially installed along with a form of thread-lock/glue/sealant. Can you please advise as to what substrate is recommended for re-installation? Given the mixed metal and high heat/corrosive environment I'm assuming that some form of antseize would be advised to prevent galling.

      This is correct. Loctite that is high temp and NSF approved is best.

      Sorry, the manufacturer does not provide this data, nor do we have a unit here to check. We will email the manufacturer for this information.
      5. My Vesuvius purchased from you September 2016, invoice number 31193C has recently broken...Yet again. The brew boiler fails to heat and the Display shows a illuminated hazard triangle with the scrolling message "Groupe 1 T.ProbeUnconnect. I am assuming that this indicates that there is a fault with the brew boiler temperature sensor. I have checked the wiring and secured all connections to no avail.       Sorry to hear about this. We suggest first cleaning the sensor with a wire brush after removal. For removal, please make sure to not twist the wire external to the plug.
