Bottomless Portafilters...Why?

- Perfection - By learning what produces a good shot, you ultimately produce better
coffee. Bottomless or Naked portafilters produce more crema by coming in contact
with less surfaces. The lack of contact with a portafilter bottom,
or spout ensures your crema bubbles stay in tact. Remember,
more crema = more flavor.
