Designed by BMW DesignworksUSA, the new Talea line of super automatic espresso coffee machines features Saeco’s latest innovations including a ceramic grinder, SBS Saeco Brewing System and Touch Lift technology. These machines also introduce the new Milk Island, an automatic milk frothing device that attaches to the base of the machine to create delicious cappuccinos and lattes with ease. Like all Saeco machines, the Talea line is fully programmable to ensure you brew the perfect gourmet coffee with the push of a button. • SBS - Saeco Brewing System - One twist. Infinite types of coffee. An absolutely revolutionary innovation. Saeco's new patented international exclusive: SBS (Saeco Brewing System) is the avant-garde technology which has changed the world of coffee machines. This ingenious system allows you to make an infinite variety of coffee beverages from just one fully automatic machine and at the mere twist of a knob. Whether it is an intense Italian ristretto (turn the knob to the right) or an American-style long coffee (turn the knob to the left) SBS satisfies all tastes, giving a full flavor and a truly unique creamy layer. • Adjustable Built-In Ceramic Grinder - For perfect-tasting coffee every time. The ceramic grinder is Saeco's most recent innovation, available in all new models of the Saeco range of automatic coffee machines. After careful research, Saeco finally chose this material to put an end to grinding with metal components. Ceramic is inert, and thus ensures the best results without altering the flavor of the coffee. Moreover, it is perfectly safe to use. The new ceramic grinder also provides a more consistent grind, allowing perfect dosing and blending, and giving you more control over the density and body of your coffee. • Aqua Prima Water Filter - The Aqua Prima water filter was developed to remove impurities from your water that alter the taste of your coffee. The AquaPrima water filter’s purpose is to improve the taste of your coffee while protecting your machine from limescale damage.
• Saeco OptiDose - Adjustable 7-10.5 gram doser, regulates the amount of beans to grind per serving.

1. Important information about warranty! Saeco offers a one year parts and labor warranty limited to manufacturer's defects. There are competitive web sites that offer free extended warranties with purchase. Please make sure to read the fine print - usually buried in their web sites 3 layers deep or not even provided until you receive the order. Their gimmick for the second year is that you pay for shipping both ways, pay for labor, and there are charges if machine was not taken care of/maintained. Saeco's one year warranty does pay shipping back to you and there is no labor charge unless damaged by you or in transit.

4. Do not use pre-flavored coffee beans in this or any other superautomatic espresso machine, as the sugars on these beans could cause damage. We recommend instead flavoring the coffee after it has been brewed.
