Overview:
The Pasquini Lux Grinder is perfect for anyone looking to find
a compact machine with semi-commercial quality. Its heavy duty
conical burrs are driven by a powerful motor to produce a consistent
grind with minimal heat. The Lux can grind at any setting between
Turkish and French Press. Stepless grind settings remove the limitations
of other grinders that force you to adjust in larger intervals.
The Lux pairs perfectly with the Pasquini Livietta
T2 espresso machine.
Features:
- Professional Grade - The Pasquini Lux sports
a chrome finished heavy aluminum, giving it a professional look
and feel. Even though this machine is smaller than most, it is
still powerful enough to grind a continuous dose of very fine
espresso for up to a minute and a half. The Pasquini Lux features
high-grade conical burrs to grind and crush coffee beans efficiently.
Powered by a 150-watt motor, the conical burrs can grind anything
from French press and drip coffee to very fine espresso.
- Stepless Grind Settings - Making the perfect
cup of coffee or espresso starts with the grind. The fineness
of the grind can change the results. The stepless settings on
this grinder give you the smallest possible increments of adjustment.
- Simple Controls - The Pasquini Lux has 2 different
grind switches – a micro-switch on the front to grind your
coffee directly into a portafilter, and a continuous grind switch
on the bottom right side next to the power switch. For low volume
grinding , place your portafilter in the holder and push it against
the micro-switch. For higher volume grinding, you can use the
continuous grind switch for up to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Spill Grate And Bean Hopper - The 8.8 ounce
bean hopper on the Pasquini Lux is tinted to protect the beans
from the effects of sunlight. The grind adjustment scale is easily
visible along the base of the bean hopper. The built-in spill
grate, like a drip tray on an espresso machine, protects your
counter from spills.
