Pasquini Livietta T2 Semi Automatic
Stainless Steel Espresso Machine
Overview:
The Pasquini Livietta is one of the most compact semi-automatic machines around - just over 1 foot tall and 8 inches wide. It is made with stainless steel housing and commercial quality parts that you would expect from the Pasquini machine. Inside are 2 thermoblocks that can allow the user to brew coffee and steam at the same time. The Livietta is known for its fast heating. With 120 volts, it only takes two minutes to brew and four minutes to steam (ambient temperature, your amperage outlet, and your actual voltage can affect this result). The chrome-plated brass brew group will holds heat better than non-brass brew groups.
Features:
- Commercial Grade Portafilter & Brew Group - The Pasquini Livietta T2 comes equipped with a well built brew group made of chrome-plated marine brass. It allows the brew group to conduct heat from the thermoblock to maintain the temperature and flavor of brewed espresso. Comes with 2 stainless steel 57mm filter baskets (1 cup and 2 cup) each measuring 57mm in diameter.
- Dual Thermoblock Heating System - One heating element is used for coffee and other one is used for steam. This allows for a rapid warm up time. Thermoblock technology channels the water through the heating element minimizing the amount of water heated to what the Livietta's user demands. This process ensures water does not become stale sitting in a boiler for an extended period of time.
- Simple Operation - Three switches control all of the Livietta's functions. All of the switches are clearly labeled, 1 for power, 1 for steam, 1 for coffee espresso extraction.
- Pressure Relief System - The Livietta's brass brew group comes standard with a 3-way solenoid valve to relieve pressure at the end of a extraction or cleaning cylce. This allows quick removal of the portafilter handle. When the brew switch is turned off, the 3-way solenoid valve activates to eliminate excess water in the group head, drying the puck (subject to grind fineness and amoutn fo coffee in the basket) and avoiding dripping or spattering when the portafilter is removed.
- Milk Steaming And Frothing - Thanks to the machine’s dual thermoblock system and powerful 15 bar pump, the Livietta is ready to deliver steam anytime. It sports a stainless steel steam wand on the left side of the machine to create foam for cappuccinos, or steamed milk for lattes. Simply press the steam switch above the wand to start steaming - the Livietta features a special "slow start" steam release for better control and user safety.
- Hot Water Dispenser - Although the Livietta does not have a separate hot water wand, hot water is still available at the touch of a button. A simple press of the coffee brewing switch will dispense hot water through the group head when the portafilter is empty.
- Cup Tray And Warmer - Located on the top of the machine. The heat emits from the heating element. Up to 10 cups (depending upon size) can fit on top of the machine. It takes up to 2 hours with the machine pwoered on for the cups to heat.
- 57 oz. Water Tank - Easily removable and easily cleaned. Water can be added while machine is in use - be careful to not pour any water inside the machine.
- Drip Tray And Grate - Easily removable and easily cleaned. Helps reduce mess on your counter top.
- Solid Construction - Pasquini's trademark look endures in the Livietta, with a polished stainless steel housing and traditional Italian style. The inside, of course, matters most and is built on a heavy, powder-coated steel frame that resists corrosion and gives the machine superior durability.

- IMPORTANT NOTE! 1st-line Equipment, LLC is an authorized Pasquini repair center, and we handle the warranty repair for our customers' Pasquini espresso machines! Our Master Technician "Alone" has over 35 years experience in the coffee equipment manufacturing & espresso repair business!
- Distilled water will not allow this machine to operate effectively. Reverse osmosis water with some mineral content, softened water, and/or bottled water are strongly recommended. The reason is that too pure water can become corrosive.
- Each machine is tested by Pasquini with water only, inspected, and calibrated for optimum performance. Pasquini makes every effort to remove as much water from the boiler as possible. However, should your machine arrive wet, please allow it to air-dry for at least 48 hours.
- REQUIRED MAINTENANCE! Since this machine has two thermoblocks, this machine has to be descaled through the grouphead AND through the steam wand. if not, either thermoblock can build limescale in as a little as one month of use.
