When there are many users at your home or office, we strongly recommend superautomatic espresso machines (machine types info here). The main reason is for consistency of the espresso, cleanliness, and ease of use for most employees in the office to enjoy (or ease of use in the home). These Superautomatic machines, although seemingly complex, are very simple to use. Plug it in, add water and beans, prime the machine, let it warm up, and you are ready to Go! Just remember, one or two people should be assigned to clean and maintain the machine.

Saeco

These pump driven machines grind your beans, dose (measure) the proper grind, tamp it into a puck, and extracts espresso at the touch of a button. It can not get any easier than this. These units make it extremely easy to make espresso and cappuccino. The used grinds get ejected into a dump box - so there is less effort to clean up. In addition, the pannarello frothing attachments make it easier to steam and froth your milk in the steaming pitcher. The Vienna lines do not have a bypass doser for pre ground coffee, whereas the Magic and Royal machines do. There are six (6) convenient models to choose from:

Saeco Magic Comfort+
In addition to the upgrades of the Saeco Royal Exclusive, the Saeco Magic Comfort+ enjoys a second boiler that heats up in 15-20 seconds to steam or froth your milk. Recommended use of 20-30 cups per day.

Saeco "Royal Professional"
Need to make 40-60 cups every day. Then, this is the machine of choice. Considered to be parts of Saeco's commercial division.

Saeco Incanto Series (Sirius)

Capresso

There's one thing we love about Capresso. They have the best service! For their machines listed below, they have dedicated toll-free customer service lines. We don't need to say anymore...

Jura-Capresso F9 - S7 - S8 - S9
The "creme de la creme" of superautomatic espresso machines. Considered semi-commercial machines, this model allows significant control over the espresso extraction process - for the three (out of five) programmable water dosage buttons (not F9), you can program different amounts of ground coffee to be dispensed into the brewing chamber. The other 2 buttons (out of five) are double the respective single dose buttons). The machine also has an automatic milk frother to froth and steam large amounts of milk. Recommended for 30-50 cups per day.
