Like automobiles, we outgrow our espresso & cappuccino machines.
We always want something a little better or a little more challenging
to extract an espresso next time round. The following models offer
you a cut above the rest! However, these models also require high-quality
burr grinders to achieve the results you wish to attain. |
Rancilio
A good line and variety of machines from Rancilio awaits you.
Very solid compenentry and heavy, too! As you will see, Rancilio
names their machines.
Rancilio Silvia
Sylvia is the newest member of the family. She is the sister to
Audrey and Rialto. Basically, she has the same insides, but with
a larger water tank, quicker warm up time, and a satin stainless
steel finish on the outside. This is the Webmaster's Favorite! |
Pasquini
To enjoy one of the best espresso and cappuccino beverages in your
home, the Pasquini line is one of our favorites! "For Music,
there is Puccini, For Arte, there is Bernini, and For Espresso,
there is Pasquini!"
Pasquini
Livietta T2
The Pasquini Livietta is one of the most compact semi-automatic
machines around just over 1 foot tall and 8 inches wide. Made with
stainless steel housing and commercial quality parts that you would
expect from the Pasquini machine. Inside are 2 thermoblocks that
can brew coffee and steam at the same time. The Livietta is known
for its fast heating. It only takes two minutes to brew and four
minutes to steam. The chrome-plated brass brew group will hold in
heat all the way to your cup. The machine has a 3-way solenoid valve
to regulate pressure when brewing.

Ascaso
One of the youngest espresso machine manufacturers in the industry
has released the most number of home models for the United States
marketplace. They've been in business since the 50's and with their
expertise in parts, it is no wonder why their machines have the
least defects of any models and last a very long time.
Ascaso Steel Uno
Professional espresso machine
We love this stainless steel model by Ascaso. This espresso machine
was used fabulously in our office when visitors arrived, and most
visitors certainly appreciated the results in the cup! Ascaso
DREAM espresso machine
This is Ascaos's flagship model that directly competes with the design
of francis!francis! (owned by illy) espresso machines. Matter of fact,
we no longer carry FrancisFrancis due to the many problems we and
our customers experienced with the company. The Ascaso DREAM offers
you the same beautiful styling as well as a more affordable price
and superior performance! |
