• The main feature includes two pressure gauges - one for coffee brewing pressure and one for steaming pressure - each including colored zones to indicate proper pressure exclusive to each process (brewing or steaming).
• The chrome-plated, solid brass filter holders and 60mm filter baskets are oversized and larger than most 58mm commercial filter baskets.
• Excess water pressure during the espresso extraction is returned to the internal water reservoir.
• Three-way solenoid valve eliminates water dripping from the grouphead during machine warm up.
• Much-desired stainless steel boiler heating element integrated with a coffee thermostat, a steam thermostat, and a safety valve.
