Isomac TEA Espresso Machine

The Isomac TEA is one of the few machines that has two gauges - one to monitor the boiler pressure and the other to monitor the pump pressure. The boiler pressure will vary within a certain range as the pressure regulator tries to maintain the pressure. The pump pressure can only be viewed with a change in the fineness of the coffee grind, the amount of ground coffee in the basket, and the tamp pressure compacting the ground coffee in the filter basket. The pump pressure has no meaning while the machine is idle and not making coffee. Please note the old style steam knobs are no longer available. The current machines have star-shaped knobs. And, look at all that stainless steel!!!
