Isomac Espresso, Cappuccino, & Coffee
Center
In business since 1977 and currently owned by La Pavoni, Isomac is the secret GEM for home-model and semi-commercial espresso machines made in Italy! As a significant provider in Europe, Isomac has a following in the United States since they were introduced about 5 years ago. They only manufacture stainless steel bodies in their lineup and are a strong supporter of thermically-balanced groupheads in their semi-commercial line up.
Below are the two newest models as of December 1st, 2009: the Isomac Maverick and the Isomac ALBA. Since 2005, 1st-line has been collaborating with Isomac for constant improvements in their espresso machine line-up. One by one, Isomac and 1st-line have made changes to the following machines listed on this page. Our time and effort rewards you, our customer, with a superior product with increased reliability and service. And, to date, the number of reliability issues has been less than 1% for the first year of customer ownership across the entire line. Pretty impressive!
On top of purchasing a high-quality Isomac machine from us, you are rest assured that support, parts, and service are available and provided by 1st-line Equipment, LLC. In addition, we have aligned a service distributor in Oregon to handle repair service for Pacific rim customers. You get peace of mind that there is more than one service company who stocks parts for and services Isomac machines.
Finally, you can read and write reviews about Isomac on Coffeegeek.com
(clicking link requires your browser to open a new window): Isomac Tea, Isomac Millennium, Isomac Venus, Isomac Super Giada, and be the first to request them to put a review of the ALBA once you purchase it. Please note that reviews prior to 2006 are of the older versions and do not include some of the improvements we have made since 2006.
