Grinders
The Birth of a Great Name. In 1952, Jesus Ascaso,
founding partner of this company, first came into contact with
the world of espresso coffee which was then in its infancy. The
extraction of its intense and unique flavor, achieved through
new, finer grinding techniques, spread across all of Europe. It
was a period of expansion in which Jesus would make a great contribution
by providing fundamental innovations in collaboration with some
of the most important companies in the sector. Over the span of
four decades, experience was gained and new processes were perfected,
eventually leading to the birth of a great name in Barcelona,
the international captial of design. It was then, 1995, the year
in which Compak came into being.
Technology Applied to the Senses. The intersection
of advanced technology and superior design meet only through years
of experience, and the continual pursuit of excellence. Compak
strives to achieve this balance in every product they offer. Their
team of industrial designers and engineers incorporates the philosophy
of continuous improvement in every iteration of the Compak product
line, resulting in one of the most balanced and advanced professional
coffee grinders ranges on the market. Cool grind design and technology
not only lend to a quiet grind, but also ensure the lowest heat
transfer possible with the assurance of perfection in every cup.
We invite coffee lovers around the world to lend their senses
